The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the waterfront and Tsuen Wan West MTR station. It is also close to shopping malls, making it easy to access other amenities. Some previous guests have enjoyed beautiful views of the harbor from their rooms.
There have been complaints about the rude and unhelpful staff, particularly the breakfast chef.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It was situated next to a shopping complex and was conveniently located near transportation options to different areas around the city. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms that had great views. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The view from our room at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West was fine. We were mesmerized by the amazing scenery of the water. The spaciousness of the room made our stay comfortable. The housekeeping service was really good and maintained high standards throughout our visit. We were impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of the staff, especially supervisor Gigi Xia and housekeeping team member Tsui Siu Fan.

During our recent stay at Nina Hotel in Tsuen Wan West, we were amazed by the fine views from our room on the 83rd floor. Whether it was morning or night, the view was amazing and added a touch of magic to our experience. The room itself was spacious and clean, with no carpets which was a great relief for my allergies.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as intermittent wifi and the need to unplug and replug the router, these didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. The location is convenient for exploring the suburbs and the nearby shopping malls provided plenty of options for breakfast and other meals.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the MTR station, shopping malls, and stunning views of the harbor from Tower 2. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, such as offering refreshing baths and assisting with lost items. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and has a helpful concierge service.
The public computer at the lobby is outdated and not compatible with most websites, and the see-through wall between the room and bathroom may make some guests feel insecure.

This venue provided the most luxurious amenities I ever experienced. the indoor swimming pool was invigorating, and the private facilities were top-notch. the staff provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. the location was optimal for shopping, and the seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing.
The only minor issue I found was that some of the sockets in the room were not functional. the room advantages compensated for this inconvenience.
